The history of the Munich Faculty of Veterinary Medicine during the National Socialist era is characterized by major changes, but also by staffing continuities, which lastly resulted in a new beginning in the post-war period. Using documents from the relevant archives, as well as contemporary sources, the influence of the National Socialist regime on everyday life at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine LMU will be traced, both as a broad-overview, as well as in detail for each faculty institution.
